How do I know which chemicals my pool needs, and can I buy them directly from you?
Clear water needs the right balance of sanitiser, pH and stabiliser. We stock chlorine, pool acid, algae stop, shock treatment and more. If you're unsure what your water needs, bring a sample of your pool water to our shop for analysis and our team will recommend the products to restore and maintain safe, healthy swimming conditions.
Do you supply manual pool cleaning equipment, and what essentials should I have?
Yes. For a weekly routine we recommend a heavy-duty pool brush to scrub algae off walls, a leaf skimmer net for surface debris, a vacuum head with a flexible hose for the pool floor, and a sturdy telescopic pole that fits all these attachments. All of these are in stock at our shop.
Where exactly are you located in Harare, and do you service areas outside the city?
Our shop is at Shop 6, Kamfinsa Shopping Centre, Greendale, Harare, where you can drop in for chemicals, equipment and advice. Our mobile team covers the wider Harare metropolitan area for pool safety net and fence installations and on-site green pool recoveries. If you're just outside Harare and need an installation, contact us to check scheduling and availability for your area.
